* Cardio

I went to the gym today. My period was very light so I figured it was almost done! I had a good workout.. After I got off of the machine I felt cramps (I thought working out was supposed to help cramps! haha) I went home and had a shower and noticed there was a lot of blood and quite a few clots. hmm. Well, I obviously know that the cramps are from the clots coming out.. and the working out caused stuff to get moving inside me.. I think at least. Has anyone had any experience with this?
